SECTION A: GENERAL TERMS AND ACCEPTANCE

A.1. Contractual Agreement The purchase, possession, or use of any ticket for the pecific Event or  Awards (the “Event”) constitutes automatic acceptance and agreement by the Purchaser (as defined below) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the Purchaser or any Guest has problems with any of the clauses listed below, they must not purchase tickets or try to enter the Event premises.

A.2. Definitions

  • Organiser, We, Us, Our, Issuer: Ashville Media Group.
  • Purchaser, Client, You: The corporate entity or company that buys the tickets.
  •  Holder, Bearer: The individual (Guest or representative of the Purchaser) who possesses the ticket.
  • Guest, Delegate, Participant: Any individual attending the Event under a ticket purchased or allocated by the Purchaser.
  • Event Website: www.ashville.com or the specific event microsite.

A.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The Purchaser agrees that any disputes directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.

A.4. Amendments to Terms The Organiser reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions without any prior notifications to the Purchaser. Such changes will be duly reflected on the Event Website. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of the tickets.

 

SECTION B: PURCHASE, PAYMENT, AND FINANCIAL TERMS (B2B)

 

B.1. Authorised Purchase and Ticket Validity

  • [Ticket Tailor] is the sole authorised source for purchasing our event tickets. The Purchaser takes on all risks associated with tickets obtained from any unauthorised source.
  • The ticket represents a revocable licence for the Holder to access the Event. This licence can be revoked at any time by the Organiser at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options.

B.2. Price and VAT

  • The price of one Event ticket is non-negotiable.
  • The ticket price quoted to the Purchaser is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be applied at the prevailing Irish statutory rate relevant to the services provided for the Event and must be paid by the Purchaser in addition to the stated price.
  • The Purchaser is responsible for all bank charges, currency exchange fees, and any other costs associated with processing the payment.

B.3. Payment Terms (B2B)

  • Payment in full of any applicable fees for the Event is due [Insert specific term, e.g., within 30 days of the invoice date or immediately upon registration].
  • Tickets will not be issued, and entry will be refused, until the Purchaser’s full payment has been received and cleared by the Organiser.
  • All amounts payable by the Purchaser shall be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction, or withholding (other than any deduction or withholding required by Irish law).

 

SECTION C: CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFERS

 

C.1. Final Transactions and General Refund Policy All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

C.2. Purchaser-Initiated Cancellation (New Term) No refunds or cancellation requests initiated by the Purchaser will be entertained after 7 days prior to the Event date. This is an express contractual term.

C.3. Event-Related Refund Clauses

  • Event Commenced: The Event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as the event starts. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.
  • Partial Access: If the Holder is unable to access any particular section(s) of the venue—due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation, or any other reason—the Purchaser/Holder will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

C.4. Organiser-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • Full Cancellation (Organiser Discretion): If the Event is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser has the sole and absolute right to reschedule the event, issue a partial/full refund, or not issue any refunds. The Organiser’s decision will be deemed final and binding.
  • Force Majeure: If the Event is cancelled due to factors or causes not in the control of the Organiser (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production) , the Organiser will offer a partial or full refund, postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. The Organiser’s decision will be considered final.
  • Rescheduling: If the Event has to be rescheduled to other dates, the Purchaser will not be eligible for any refunds.
  • Refund Calculation: If a refund is issued, it will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The Purchaser cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

C.5. Guest Substitution (B2B) The Purchaser may substitute a registered Guest at no extra cost, provided a written notice with the new Guest’s full name and details is submitted to the Organiser no later than two (2) business days prior to the Event.

 

SECTION D: ADMISSION, CONDUCT, AND LIABILITY

 

D.1. Admission Requirements

  • Minimum Age: The minimum age for attendance is 18 for night-time licensed events. If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the minimum age, they will not be granted entry, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Entry Documentation: At the time of entering the Event venue, the Holder is required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID).
  • Guest Registration: The Purchaser must provide the full name and contact details of all Guests to the Organiser no later than two (2) business days prior to the Event. Only pre-registered Guests shall be permitted entry.

D.2. Corporate and Guest Responsibility The Purchaser acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring all their Guests are aware of and procure their compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Purchaser is responsible for any failure by their Guests to comply with these Terms.

D.3. Prohibited Use and Conduct

  • Promotional Use: The ticket(s) cannot be used for any promotional/advertising purposes (including sweepstakes and competitions) without the Organiser’s prior written approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of the ticket(s).
  • Zero-Tolerance Policy: The Organiser follows a common ‘zero-tolerance policy towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If the Holder/Guest is found in possession of prohibited items and/or indulges in any objectionable action, their participation will be terminated immediately, and their ticket(s) will become void.

D.4. Organiser’s Limited Liability

  • Ticket Care: The Holder has to assume full responsibility for the event tickets, once received. The Organiser has no liabilities if the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed, or rendered unusable.
  • Personal Risk: The Organiser does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to the Holder/Guest at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
  • Limitation on Indirect Loss (B2B): The Organiser shall not be liable to the Purchaser for any economic losses (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business, or anticipated savings) or any indirect or consequential losses.

D.5. Indemnity and Chargebacks

  • Indemnity: The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Ashville Media Group harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party (including the Purchaser’s Guests) due to or arising out of the Purchaser’s or their Guests’ breach of these Terms.
  • Chargebacks: The Purchaser agrees to forego all rights to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction.

 

SECTION E: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DATA PROTECTION

 

E.1. Intellectual Property (IP) All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Event, including any content, presentations, videos, and documentation provided by the Organiser or its partners, remain the property of Ashville Media Group or its third-party content providers. Participants may use the content solely for their own personal use and benefit and not for resale, distribution, or other commercial purposes.

E.2. Data Protection (GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018)

  • By purchasing our event tickets and presenting the same at the venue, the Purchaser and Guests consent to us collecting certain information about themselves (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.
  • The Organiser processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland).
  • Personal data is processed only for the purposes of ticket verification, Event access, communication, administration (including guest lists, dining, and invoicing), and post-Event feedback.

SECTION F: DISPUTES

F.1. Resolution In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer/Purchaser and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter (Ashville Media Group) will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
